Applying For A Residential Tenancy
First National Real Estate Bribie Island welcomes your application and any questions you may have.
Please note it is important for each person over the age of 18 that wishes to reside in the property to complete the application form with as much detail as possible and include non-returnable copies of the accompanying 100 Point documentation check.
If you have a pet, please also complete the pet application form in addition to your tenancy application.
If you have any questions in relation to completing the application form or providing the required documentation, please contact our office on (07) 3408 1006.
Please also note that incomplete applications may not be able to be processed and/or may have a reduced likelihood of success.
Once completed the application can be:
Dropped to our office in person at 71 Welsby Parade, Bongaree
or emailed to rentals@bribieislandrealestate.com.au
